I ordered from laneige.com thinking, okay, this better be amazing for the price. And honestly? I was sitting there like… that’s it?? I’m not saying it was awful, but I definitely had a dramatic little moment of regret after using it.

The product itself was fine, nothing life-changing. But the size is so small that it feels like it disappears if you blink too hard. I kept thinking I could probably find something similar for way less and not feel like my wallet just got personally attacked.

For what I paid, I expected way more. Like, maybe glowing skin and a handwritten apology from my pores. Unless the prices drop a lot, I really don’t see myself ordering again.

I was excited when I opened it because it smelled really nice right away. I thought the flavor was going to be just as good, but after trying it, I’d say it was just okay. Not bad, just kind of meh for me.

I wanted to like this, but the cream just feels kind of heavy on my skin. It sits there for ages and never really sinks in, so that sticky feeling bothered me too much.

My order arrived with the box all smashed up, and one of the items was leaking inside. it was frustrating because it didn’t seem like anyone even looked it over before sending it out. What made it worse was trying to get help and feeling like there was no actual person to talk to, just automated stuff. Not the experience I was expecting.

My package took way longer to arrive than I expected, customer support wasn’t much help when I reached out. The item itself seems fine so far, maybe even decent, but the whole shipping and communication experience made it hard to feel great about it

I wanted to like this, but my skin felt dry again by noon. Kind of makes me wonder if it’s actually doing much beyond feeling nice when I first put it on.

I used this every night like it said, hoping it would finally help with my dry, cracked lips. i feel like it made a lot of promises and just didn’t follow through. My lips are still dry, still cracking, and I’m disappointed.

I really regret trying this cream. I used it twice, and both times my cheeks got red, itchy, and started burning quickly. I don’t usually react that fast to skincare, so it caught me off guard. I ended up washing it off right away. Definitely feels like a waste of money for me.
